How long should my teen practice for the SAT or ACT each day?
A short session your teen will actually do every day, even 15 minutes, is easier to keep up than a whole weekend of studying. What matters most is that it happens regularly.

Hola, soy Camila, asistente de IA de Brainrise. Quince minutos al día valen más que un fin de semana estudiando. Siete días gratis: enlace en el perfil.
Translation: “Hi, I'm Camila, Brainrise's AI assistant. Fifteen minutes a day is worth more than a weekend of studying. Seven days free: link in our profile.”
This is a 14-second reel in Spanish that we posted on Facebook for parents. Camila, an AI-generated presenter for Brainrise, says fifteen minutes a day is worth more than a weekend of studying.
For a parent, the useful part is the routine: help your teen pick a regular time, and let the practice happen on their phone. Brainrise has SAT and ACT practice with a written explanation for every question.
How can a parent help keep the routine?
Agree on a regular time, ask what felt hard instead of what the score was, and check progress in the parent account, which is available in Spanish.
Is Camila a real student or tutor?
No. Camila is an AI-generated presenter and says so at the start of the video. She is not a real person, and the video is not a testimonial.
What does it cost and is there a free trial?
The 7-day free trial requires a card; after the trial it is $24 a month for one exam (SAT or ACT) or $36 a month for both, and you can cancel any time. Brainrise is not available to New York residents.
